4. Sizing & Resizing Policy:

At Zubaeda, every piece is handcrafted to order, making each item uniquely yours. Because of this, we do not offer complimentary resizing services. We strongly recommend that customers double-check their ring size or visit a local jeweler to confirm before placing an order.

Zubaeda is not responsible for incorrect sizing provided at the time of purchase.

5. Shipping & Delivery:

• We offer free secure shipping within the UK via Royal Mail.

• For international orders, we use trusted couriers like FedEx and DHL.

• Delivery times are typically 4–5 weeks as each piece is made to order.

• Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

6. Returns & Exchanges:

• We accept returns within 15 days of delivery.

• Items must be in their original, unworn condition.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Custom, engraved, or bespoke items are non-returnable unless faulty.
