Return & Exchange Policy

At Zubaeda, each piece is made just for you—crafted with intention, care, and time. Because our jewelry is made-to-order, we do not offer refunds. However, we do accept exchanges under specific conditions.

Exchange Eligibility:
• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all packaging and certificates (if applicable) intact.
• You must contact us before sending anything back—we will guide you through the process.

Important Notes:
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A trackable and insured shipping method is required for all returns.
• Zubaeda is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
• Once your exchange is approved and we receive the item, we will begin crafting your new piece. Please allow an additional 4-5 weeks for production.

Non-Exchangeable Items:
• Custom or engraved jewelry
• Items that show signs of wear or damage
• Requests made after the 7-day window

Certifications & Extras:
• We provide IGI certification for pieces with a center stone of 0.5 carat or more.
• Engraving is available upon request—just add a note at checkout or reach out directly.
